All Universal Cycles Wheelsets are completely Hand Built.
All Universal Cycles wheel builders have built thousands of wheels.
All wheels are trued to within .5mm tolerance for both lateral and vertical movement when they leave our facility.
All wheels have less than a 5% tension variance between spokes when they leave our facility.
All wheels are laced using Wheelsmith brand Spoke Prep thread lock to ensure longer life.
All wheels are shipped in size specific box with a foam strip to protect rims surfaces.
All wheels include one extra spoke of each size and extra nipples in case you break a spoke.
All wheelsets are hand stressed to minimize any spoke wind-up.
All wheelsets are built with the same attention to detail regardless of price.

For orders that can ship complete from one warehouse, "Today" is extended to 1:30 PM for Oregon and Nevada, and 11:30 AM for Utah.

The number available to ship in 1 or more days is for orders placed today by 1:30 PM Pacific time.

Example: If our site says "0 Today" and "5 Wednesday", if you order today by 1:30 PM Pacific time we can ship up to 5 of these items by Wednesday from one of our warehouses.

The number available for pickup today is the current stock on the shelf in each retail location.

The number available for pickup in 1 or more days is for orders placed today by 1:30 PM Pacific time.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping

We offer flat rate ground shipping, with free shipping on orders over $150 on most items (some oversize items are excluded from free shipping).

Ground Shipping for $9.99

If your "Product Total" is under $150, Ground Shipping will cost $9.99.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150

If your "Product Total" is over $150, Ground Shipping will be free. Sales tax amount does not count towards free shipping. Some oversize items are excluded, and will be noted on the product pages and in the cart.
